  • How do I book a party?
    Pick a package. Visit our Pricingpage to pick. Go to the Book Your Party tab and click on your corresponding location. We will get back to you soon to give you a quote and talk out the details of your party. If you need any help or have any questions, please email us at princessentials@gmail.com or call us at (479) 422-2294. Pay your deposit. We will send you a link to your deposit on our website. Once your deposit is paid, your reservation will be confirmed and you will pay the remaining amount to the performers at the party. ​​ **Please note that your date is NOT ​reserved until your deposit has been paid! ​All deposits are non-refundable. We ask that your deposit is paid at least 7 days before your event date. In extreme cases, if your deposit is not paid at least 48 hours in advance (along with having clear communication of a late deposit between Princessentials and you), your reservation will be canceled.
  • How early do I need to book a party?
    We suggest that you book at least four weeks in advance. Though we may occasionally have some last-minute openings, it's never guaranteed. Don't let your child miss out on the magic by booking too late!
  • How much does the party cost?
    Each package is a different price. Check out our pricing on our Pricingpage.
  • What do you do at the parties?
    We have several packages to choose from. Each package tells you which activities are included on our Packagespage. If you would like a summary of each activity, read more on our Activitiespage.
  • Do I need to provide anything at the party?
    You do not need to supply anything for the princess other than the space for them to operate in. Depending on what is included in your package, here are some things you may need: ​ A table for nail painting, makeovers, and crafts (preferably two separate areas if your party with have both) Open space for games, story time, dancing, etc. A designated (and possibly decorated) area for photos Check out our Activities page for more details about what will happen at your party.
  • Do we need to tip our performers?
    Our performers are paid a flat rate for every party, so tipping is greatly appreciated if you feel that they did a good job. It isn't required, but we are very gracious to those who do.
  • Can I book more than one character?
    Absolutely! You can book as many characters as you'd like. It's always more fun when you invite more characters. We always encourage you to have more than one (the majority of our parties do). The price depends on which package you have chosen. Go to our Pricing page to see how much it is for 2 characters. If you'd like a quote for more than 2, just ask!
  • How many children can I have at the party?
    For our Meet and Greet package, you can have an 20 children. All other packages include 12 children. We charge $3 for each additional child over the amount allotted.
  • Can I add more time to my package?
    Yes! You can add an extra 30 minutes for $30 per character. You will be responsible for filling this extra time. If you would like a customized package with our activities for longer than 90 minutes, please let us know. We will be happy to make it happen!
  • What does an extra 30 minutes include?
    You can use these 30 minutes for just about anything; we will not bring anything to fill these extra 30 minutes. This gives you 30 more minutes with the princess! She stays longer to participate in activities you have planned ahead of time. This works great if you already have other games planned or would like her to eat cake and open presents with your child. Select this option while filling out your Book Your Party form.
  • Do you have a location?
    We do not have a location for our parties. We will travel to your home or venue.
  • Where can I have my party? Can we have it outside?
    We will travel in our carriage to your home or venue. Travel fees may apply. If your party is outside, it must meet the following requirements: • It is between 60 and 80 degrees outside • It is clear and sunny - not rainy or windy. • It is not muddy. Please specify the party conditions in your Book Your Party form. If any of these conditions are not met during an outdoor party, we will require an inside venue before beginning our activities so that the party can run smoothly as planned and the character's costume is safe.
  • Which characters do you have?
    Springfield, Missouri has Amulet Princess, Beauty, Cinderella, Ice Queen, Ice Princess, Mermaid Princess, Polynesian Princess, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty, and Spider Hero. Northwest Arkansas has Ice Queen and Ice Princess.
  • What ages do you perform for?
    The ideal ages for princess parties are 1-7 years old. We will do parties for children 10 years or younger. We may make certain exceptions (i.e. Sweet 16 birthday parties), but we do not do Bachelor(ette) parties. We reserve the right to refuse business to any customer for any reason.
  • How far do you travel?
    We travel up to an hour away from our base locations - Springfield, Missouri and Fayetteville, Arkansas. Additional fees may apply to compensate our performs for gas and travel time. ​ **Parties that are 35-50 miles away require a minimum of 60 minutes. Meet and Greet and Essential Packages are not available for those distances
  • How do I pay my deposit?
    Once you have a quote and your deposit is set up, you can pay for it on our Store online. Please keep in mind that your date is NOT reserved until the deposit is paid. We ask that your deposit is paid at least 7 days before your event date. All deposits are non-refundable. In extreme cases, your deposit must be received at least 48 hours before your event or we will not attend your event.
  • Can I request a specific performer to be at my party?
    You sure can! Check out our performers on Our Castpage. You can also look on our Characters page, as each photo is labeled with the performer's name and location. Please let us know who you would like to have in the comments section of your Book Your Party form. You can request any performer to play any character. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee any performer for any event.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a party?
    If you have not paid your deposit then just let us know that you'd like to change the date or cancel. If you have paid your deposit, keep in mind that it is non-refundable. Your deposit only keeps the date and time of the original party. We will do our best to find a date that works for both of us—any open time on our schedule.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    We do! Buy your gift cards in our Store.
